CW Farm Vets LLP take your privacy seriously. We hold and process personal data (names, personal addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses) for individuals who have provided this to us for a number of purposes. These purposes and the legal basis under which we hold and process the data are:

Data storage

Personal data is securely stored at data centres within the EEA. All electronic records are held on password-protected systems.

Paper records are kept at our premises in restricted access areas. Staff have access to the data and are contractually obliged to respect the confidentiality of the data.

Off-site backups are also held on secure password-protected systems within the EEA.

Data retention

We keep personal data for no longer than reasonably necessary, unless there is a statutory or regulatory requirement on us to do so.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information CW Farm Vets holds about you
  • Correct data held that is incomplete or inaccurate
  • Request the data to be erased from CW Farm Vets LLP records (so long as there is no legal reason for us to retain it)
  • Restrict the processing of data (in certain circumstances)
  • Have the data CW Farm Vets LLP holds transferred to another organisation (in certain circumstances)
  • Object to certain types of processing such as direct marketing
